Shipping Information

We ship Priority Mail via USPS, and charge a flat rate of $8.95 for domestic orders. A typical order will be processed within 2 business days unless you are pre-ordering a garment. In these instances, you will be notified via email when the order is on its way.

Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business week.

HEIGHT GODDESS will ship all items labeled as pre-sales once the item is available. Your card will be charged at the time of your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. 


Returns & Exchanges

We want your experience at HEIGHT GODDESS to be one of a kind, filled with gorgeous items and excellent service! We hope you love each item you’ve ordered. If something is not right, let us know we’re here to help. We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your package. When you receive your order, check items for fit and accuracy. HEIGHT GODDESS cannot accept returns with visible wear and tear.  Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and tags must be attached for exchange, store credit or refund. We reserve the right to deny any return. After 14 days of receiving your order, all sales are final.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges are not issued on FINAL SALE merchandise. We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time; therefore, all items will be final sale for international customers.

Refund Processing:
We will process your return in the order it is received and all refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt.  Please keep in mind the time it takes the package to reach us. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
