How do I return an item?
Returns & Exchanges
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.heightgoddess.com
We
want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us
know. We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your
package. When you receive your order, check items for fit and
accuracy. HEIGHT GODDESS cannot accept returns with visible wear and
tear. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and tags must be
attached for exchange, store credit or refund. There is a 15%
restocking fee if Free Shipping was issued on the order.
Refunds are not issued on FINAL SALE merchandise.
Refund Processing:
We
will process your return in the order it is received and all refunds
are issued within 10 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind the
time it takes the package to reach us. In addition, banks often take one
to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card
statement. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to
make the original purchase.
How to Ship Your Return & Exchange:
Please
be aware, returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach
us always use a traceable form of shipping, for example UPS, Federal
Express or USPS Priority Mail. Please return the packaging slip with
your return/exchange. We value your business and would like your
feedback for the reason of the return/exchange. Please write the reason
