Return & Exchange Policies
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.heightgoddess.com
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your package. When you receive your order, check items for fit and accuracy. HEIGHT GODDESS cannot accept returns with visible wear and tear. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and tags must be attached for exchange, store credit or refund. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.heightgoddess.com fails to meet your expectations.

We will not grant refunds on merchandise purchased at trunk shows. We will exchange or issue a store credit within 7 days of your purchase.
