Return & Exchange Policies
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.heightgoddess.com
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your package. When you receive your order, check items for fit and accuracy. HEIGHT GODDESS cannot accept returns with visible wear and tear. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and tags must be attached for exchange, store credit or refund. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.heightgoddess.com fails to meet your expectations.
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to purchases made at trunk shows.
We will not grant refunds on merchandise purchased at trunk shows. We will exchange or issue a store credit within 7 days of your purchase. HEIGHT GODDESS cannot accept returns with visible wear and tear. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and tags must be attached for exchange or store credit. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Refund Processing:
We will process your return in the order it is received and all refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 days for your package to reach us. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
How to Ship Your Return:
Please follow the detailed directions on the back of your packing list to return merchandise for exchange or credit. Always include a copy of your packing list with your return or exchange. Always use a traceable form of shipping, for example UPS, Federal Express or Priority Mail.
