I am 6'1 and 165 lbs. I first ordered the 31/37 and they were too tight. I then exchanged for the 32/40. I need to get them hemmed. The 40 is extra extra long. Overall the quality is good. Seem very durable and seem to be the type of jeans that will last for the next 10 years.
